Supermarket Simulator Patch 1.2.3 Notes (19th March 2026)

Supermarket Simulator's Patch 1.2.3 went live on March 19th, and while it's a small update, it's cleaning up a few bugs that were clearly frustrating players. The developers note they're continuing to monitor feedback and working through issues as quickly as possible, which is the right thing to say, assuming the pace of fixes backs it up.

The headlining fix here is the ice cream stand resetting after loading a save. If you've been building out your store layout only to reload and find your setup partially reverted, that's the one. The vending machine visibility bug is also addressed, where clients couldn't see the correct position of machines after they'd been moved or removed. A missing floor and paint box issue rounds out the list.

None of these are earth-shattering changes, but save corruption and layout bugs are exactly the kind of thing that quietly kills enjoyment in a management sim. Credit where it's due for keeping the fixes coming. Full patch notes below.

We’re continuing to monitor feedback closely and will keep working on resolving issues as quickly as possible.

Fixes

  • Fixed a missing floor and paint box issue
  • Fixed an issue where clients could not see the correct position of vending machines after they were removed
  • Fixed an issue where the ice cream stand would reset after loading a save game
  • Fixed an issue where the sixth restocker would disappear after loading a save game
  • Fixed an issue where the game could crash due to a DX12 renderer error
  • Added additional license checks to properly initialize DLC licenses
  • Fixed an issue where, in some cases, interacting with boxes could cause them to disappear after loading a save file
