The first hotfix for Build 42.16 is live on the Unstable branch today, arriving just two days after 42.16.0 hit. It's a small patch, but the fixes it does include are worth knowing about before you load back in.
The headliner is the Park Ranger's herbalist trait being flagged as a trait point exploit, which has now been corrected. There's also a fix for a GameClientConcurrentModification Exception that was triggering when remote players timed out, which should clean up some of the multiplayer instability people were hitting. On the server side, IP addresses are now hidden by default in the server browser, with a toggle to reveal them if needed. That's a sensible privacy default that probably should have been there from the start.
The Indie Stone also flagged that controller bugs reported since 42.16.0 are logged and being worked on, but won't make it out until after the Easter break. Fair enough. Full patch notes below.
Just a heads-up: thanks for reporting the controller issues and bugs in the latest patch! We’ve logged them all and while we couldn't squeeze every fix in before the Easter holidays, they are already cooking and will be released as soon as possible!
