Hello Games pushed patch 6.24 for No Man's Sky Remnant on February 27, targeting a handful of bugs that have been annoying players since the Remnant update landed.
The two fixes most people will care about: refiners no longer wipe themselves clean after a save reload, and runaway mould is back on the planets it had quietly vanished from. Driverless vehicles careening off into the distance is also patched, which is exactly the kind of bug that sounds funny until it happens to you mid-expedition. On the platform side, Hello Games has pushed memory optimisations for Xbox One, Xbox Series, PS5, and Switch 2, with additional performance work specifically for Xbox.
This is a focused cleanup patch, not a content drop. If you've been holding off on Remnant because of stability concerns, 6.24 makes a reasonable case for jumping back in. Full patch notes below.

We are listening closely to your feedback, and have identified and resolved a number of issues. These fixes are included in patch 6.24, which is now live on Steam, and will be coming to other platforms as soon as possible.

- Fixed an issue which was preventing the rebinding of vehicle accelerate and reverse.
- Sentinels will no longer attack when players use the Gravitno Coil on your friendly drone.
- Fixed an issue that enabled the player to walk through some planetary buildings.
- Fixed an issue with fishbowl helmet transparency.
- Fixed some clipping issues with the Diving and Ruin Chest Armour.
- Fixed an issue that caused some helmets to appear overly bright.
- Fixed an issue which caused refiners to be emptied after reloading a save.
- Fixed an issue that caused runaway mould to be removed from some planets.
- Performance optimisations for Xbox platforms.
- Memory optimisations for Xbox One and Xbox Series.
- Memory optimisations for PS5.
- Memory optimisations for Switch 2.
- Fixed a rare crash when playing in multiplayer.
