The Marvel Rivals patch 20260409 goes live tomorrow, April 9th at 09:00 UTC, and NetEase is keeping the servers up throughout. No downtime window to plan around, just patch and play.
On the fixes side, the headline change is the Jeff Rodeo emote exploit. Players had found a way to trigger the emote inside the shared area of the Warrior Falls Spawn Room, which let Jeff drag enemies back in and deal massive damage in a zone that should be untouchable. That's gone now. Hulk also gets a quiet but meaningful fix: a bug that could stop him recovering health when entering a Spawn Room mid-transformation has been resolved. White Fox picks up two quality-of-life changes, with her Kumiho form now matching her equipped costume's base colour and new idle animations added for both her and Cloak.
The store gets busy from April 10th, with a Lucky Draw for Deadpool's 'Hospitality 101' costume, an Iron Fist bundle, a Jeff the Land Shark Maid bundle, and a Deadpool and Jeff duo emote called Shark Attack. Full patch notes below.

1. Nine tails, one style! White Fox's Kumiho form color now syncs up with her Secret Agent and Rosy Recon costume base colors. No more undercover color confusion. Agent Ami is always on-brand.
2. Take a Seat...or Lean?: New animations for White Fox and Cloak.
HEROES
1. Hulk's Healing Hiccup: Fixed an issue where Hulk might fail to recover health if he entered an allied Spawn Room at the exact moment when transforming. Even the Green Goliath needs a proper breather to patch up those gamma-irradiated wounds. Hulk heal good!
2. Jeff's Rodeo Rampage: Addressed a wild glitch where the Jeff Rodeo emote could unexpectedly be triggered in the shared area of the Warrior Falls Spawn Room. This allowed the chaos-causing Jeff to drag enemies back into his Spawn Room for massive damage. Sorry, Jeff, the Avengers say no sharknapping! This emote is now off-limits in that zone.
