Gray Zone Warfare's Hotfix 0.4.0.0 Preview (1) went live on March 28th, split across two branches. The public branch received a server-side change only, so no download is required there. The supporters-preview branch got a full new build, and if it hasn't triggered automatically, a Steam restart should sort it.
The headlining change is an expanded database capacity aimed at improving server stability. That's a backend fix, not a gameplay tweak, but server stability has been a recurring friction point for GZW players, so credit where it's due for addressing it directly. It's also worth watching what else surfaces in the full changelog given this is a preview build ahead of a wider 0.4.0.0 rollout.
